I was thinking a lot about this while on Ben Nevis, training for my Mount Everest expedition. Not everyone wanted to carry on through the bad weather that day.

But if you want to take on a mountain like Everest then you have to put in the hard yards.

The same is true for our businesses: if we are going to grow then there are some things that we just have to do.
