Growth in business, and on a personal level requires getting out of comfort zone

Process Of Getting Out of Comfort Zone

There are always things getting in our way: there are those physical obstacles we come up against, and then there are the mental blocks that we have to work our way through.

In some ways, the mental blocks can be trickier, and sneakier! So my question for you is this...

Is there something you should be doing now

Maybe you know you need to outsource something, or maybe you need to fire somebody. But your head is full of those 'what if' scenarios.

There are some things that 'we just have to do' if we want to progress.

I was thinking a lot about this while on Ben Nevis, training for my Mount Everest expedition. Not everyone wanted to carry on through the bad weather that day.

But if you want to take on a mountain like Everest then you have to put in the hard yards.

The same is true for our businesses: if we are going to grow then there are some things that we just have to do.
