For a number of years my work/life balance was pretty much non existent.
My whole life revolved around work and everything else came second.
Unsurprisingly this wasn’t the most harmonious period of my life and soon the symptoms and warning signs became apparent.
If the list below looks familiar then perhaps you too have fallen prey to the same unhealthy practice:
Fortunately after several months of enlightenment via a life coach I learned how to strike a balance and got into the habit of diarising time for myself.
The list below works particularly well for me.
Why not give it a try?
You will most likely amend and tweak the list to suit your own style but it is not a bad place to start:
After a while you will begin to notice some changes and results of your new activities. For me the impact was and continues to be compelling; regenerating and recharging the battery.
As you can see from the list below the impact is a the equivalent of a refreshing cocktail of happiness!
