Understanding How To Feel Better And Create Magic In Your Life.

We all have our own ideas about what makes us feel good and in my experience there are a handful of ways that work for us all.

We, each and every one of us, has an electromagnetic field that surrounds us.  This field has a vibration, and that vibration changes according to how we are feeling, and responding to our inner and outer worlds.    

This field is often called our aura and some people can see auras with the naked eye - often as colours surrounding a person. 

When you consciously raise your vibration you are tuning your  electromagnetic field differently, and often colours change according to where you are inside.  

Bright or dull.  

By choosing ‘better feeling thoughts’ and making a choice to live in Joy, with passion and excitement, attending to what you love and are grateful for, as often as you can, creates a positive charge in your vibration.

Feeling good is the simplest way to positively charge your aura and create magic within yourself and your life. 

Simple as it sounds, knowing how to raise your vibration in a way that’s true for you, is the tricky part.

As individuals it is our responsibility to stop from time to time, become quiet enough to hear, from our core, our heart centre.  

In returning to the Self, we stand a chance of seeing what is true for us, and what makes us feel good.  

Here are 3 ways to approach increasing your vibration and creating more magic within your life:

1. Get out in Nature

Especially exercising in the outside world. Become one with the rhythm of nature as this is the most powerful way to raise your vibration.

We are all made of the same ‘stuff'. We know that a few basic elements create us as humans, and a slightly different mix created trees, animals, and all these elements came from the stars, from dying suns.

How you choose to ‘be’ in nature is your choice, but in doing so you are simply relating to those elements that made you.

Take a walk in the woods or your garden. Swim in open water or run or cycle for a few miles, all while absorbing the beauty of the natural world around you and feeling grateful that you are a part of this beautiful world.

I have a nature diary I write about 3 to 4 times a week where I record my thoughts and feelings as I take a walk outside. This has proved to be truly powerful and awakened within me emotions and feelings I wonder if I have ever felt.

2. Listen to Music

This is a powerful method to create a positively charged aura.

Music is vibration so whether you choose soft classical music or modern popular melodic tunes, whatever makes you heart sing is perfect for you.

I have created different playlists for different results...

  • My ‘I am' Playlist -  is made up of songs that remind me I am a powerful fun-loving woman and I tap into my essence.
  • My ‘Me’ Playlist  - has all those tunes that I can sing and dance along to and..
  • My ‘Peace Playlist  - calm and tranquillity’ playlist is the one I play a lot. Soothing piano tracks allowing me come back to self either quietly on my own or to inspire me while I write.

3. Connection With Human Beings & Animals

A simple moment of eye contact, a smile or a hug instantly lifts your spirits and vibration. 

We all long for, as human beings, connection and love in any small way.

Never underestimate the power of a smile. Have a think about the last time a stranger smiled at you, or help the door open for you or think about how you felt when you reached out to hug a friend – just because!  

A hand-written note on a post-it note in your loved ones work bag so they find it at later or may favourite is an ‘I love you’ touch on your arm as I walk past you.

These are simple ways to help yourself feel good.  When we do these things we release serotonin in the body, and this hormone works as a neurotransmitter, regulating  anxiety, happiness and general mood.  

Your job is to work out what works for you.

You are unique and you have your own unique purpose, and contribution to make to this world.  

So allow yourself the time and space to listen to your heart as to what your unique way of being is.

A clue is that it makes you feel good, whole and complete. You feel enthused. It is your passion. It fills you with joy, love and peace and creates harmony throughout your body, your relationships and your life

Raise your vibration by choosing to feel good in any given moment, to positively charge your aura and you will manifest into the visible, your true heart’s desire.

When you do this all that you do will become an authentic expression of your essential self.  Gone will be the rather dull, boring, mundane existence we unconsciously choose for yourself out of habit and neglect.
