Out With The Old In With The New

Have you ever wanted a new reality?

Never be a victim to your own reality.

Become a creator of the reality you desire.

Throw away old beliefs that no longer serve you.

Clear out a mindset of lack, and switch to a mindset of abundance.

I know this can be easier said than done, but it does not have to be.

You can make small changes everyday towards your new chosen reality.

I would recommend in the morning to do a minimum of ten minutes meditation, and also journaling every day.

Write what you are grateful for and what you aim to achieve that day.

Listen to your emotions and be the observer of your thoughts.

Are you feeling good or are you feeling bad?

It is so important to listen to your own inner guidance system: if you feel bad that’s your indicator to switch to a more positive reality.

How are you using your mind?

Are you feeling self doubt?

Or are you dreaming big and switching your “I cant’s” to “I can” and “I am’s” to your own true brilliance that each and everyone of us has.

Our imagination is one of the most powerful things we have and so many people use it the wrong way.

If you can see it you can create it.

Good or bad that is why it is so important to feed your mind with good thoughts, using an abundance mindset, a mindset of love, honesty trust and oneness.

What you create on the inside will reflect outwards.

Do you like whats inside ?

No matter what reality you are in right now no matter how difficult things may seem to be it can change.

Do not focus on the bad, focus on the good, and what you are most grateful for Accept your current reality as it is without focusing on the lack of what is not there.

Be present in the now and excited for what is to come, because everything and anything is possible with a change of old beliefs.

I have shifted realities many times, to the point that when I look back at myself I am a different person.

Many years ago I created a reality of severe drug addiction to crack cocaine and heroin and collapsed and died from drug use and luckily was revived.

That has changed to a reality of abundance and success, a purposeful life of helping and inspiring others.

Two different realities two different sets of beliefs.

It is all in your head.
